What is a hair detox???
If you use heavy oils, butters, gels, (ECHO Styler, petroleum, hair grease, Wetliner gel, Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Cantu, Shea Moisture, Curlsmith, coconut oil) this information is for you!
What do I need to do?
1. Begin by using Kinky Curly Come Clean, AG Naturals Balance Shampoo, or Uncle Funky's Daughter Squeaky Clarifying Shampoo. This step effectively eliminates product buildup, allowing moisture to penetrate the hair shaft. It is recommended to wash your hair once a week for four weeks, followed by the next step.
2. Next, cleanse your hair with a gentle all-purpose shampoo such as Pure Harmony Hairbath or Hydrating Cream Hairbath from Innersense. Follow this by conditioning with either Innersense Pure Inspiration Conditioner or Hydrating Cream Hairbath.
3. For styling your curls, consider using Uncle Funky's Curly Magic Curl Custard, The Doux Mousse Def foam, or Ouidad Advanced Climate Gel.
